Welcome to Quick Note (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Quick Note app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 1. Use of the App

 Quick Note allows users to take notes using voice-to-text features, organize notes, set alarms, and optionally sync with Google Drive.

 You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

Some features, like Google Drive backup, may require a Google account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity.

3. Privacy

 Your use of Quick Note is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

 Use the app for illegal or harmful activities.

 Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app’s functionality.

 Share content that violates others’ rights or applicable laws.

 5. Data and Content

 Notes and recordings are stored locally on your device or, if you choose, in your Google Drive account.

 We do not claim ownership of your notes; they remain your property.

6. Updates and Changes

 Quick Note may update the app and these Terms of Service at any time.

 Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quick Note is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including data loss or service interruptions.

 8. Termination

 We may suspend or terminate your access to Quick Note if you violate these Terms of Service.

The Privacy Policy has been prepared to inform users about the policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of users' personal information. If you choose to use the Quick Note application, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy. Your information will not be used or shared with third parties other than the conditions we have stated in our Privacy Policy. Information Collection and Use: The application keeps the notes you save on your device and is not collected on servers in any way. The application uses Google speech recognition services to identify and transcribe your voice. Permissions: -Audio recording: This permission must be given by the user so that we can translate what you speak into text. -Purchases: There is an in-app purchase product to upgrade the application to Premium.
